Initial consultations are arranged at a time convenient to the client, when we obtain a full brief, ascertain what ideas the client has for the garden (if there are none – we are very used to proposing a variety!). We gain an understanding of the objective of the garden re-development and take accurate garden measurements.
Design and quotation follows the initial consultation. Where appropriate a scale, detailed garden design is submitted to the client, assisting with visualisation of the proposed re-development. This is accompanied with a detailed quotation (not estimate!) and scope of works.
Construction of the garden is conducted by a dedicated team assigned to each re-development who (weather permitting!) will be on site everyday. Without exception our teams are tidy, polite, courteous and highly skilled.
Our after care is exceptional, we take the time to go through the planting with each client equipping them with the knowledge to look after their new garden and are always easily contactable what ever the query, post project.
